Who it's for

Built for Shopify stores that buy their own stock

You run a Shopify store, buy stock from a handful of suppliers and make the reorder decisions yourself, often from a spreadsheet, a stock export or gut feel. Fillova is built for that job. It works like a careful purchasing colleague: it checks the numbers, tells you what needs ordering and explains its reasoning. Then you decide. See reorder planning for Shopify.

What it does

What Fillova does for you

01

Keep best-sellers in stock

Fillova compares how fast each product is selling with how long your supplier takes to deliver, so you can see a reorder coming before the shelf is empty.

02

Keep cash off the shelves

Every quantity is sized to your lead time and safety buffer, minus what you already have and what's on the way, so you stop ordering “a few extra to be safe”.

03

Know why, every time

Each recommendation comes with a short explanation: how fast it's selling, how long new stock takes and what's already coming. You can check the number before you spend money on it.

04

Never order the same stock twice

Record an order and Fillova counts that stock as on its way. When the delivery arrives, record it, and correct it if the delivery was short or wrong.

Fillova is designed to help with all four. It hasn't launched yet, so these are aims, not measured results.

How it works

How a recommendation is worked out

  1. 1

    Fillova reads your Shopify store

It syncs your products, variants, stock levels and locations, and imports your recent orders. There's nothing to upload.

  2. 2

You set your suppliers' lead times

Set a lead time for each supplier, and override it for an individual variant if one takes longer. Fillova starts with a 4-day safety buffer you can change.

  3. 3

    Fillova works out what's needed

It estimates how fast each product sells from the last 30 days, giving more weight to the most recent 7, so a recent trend counts without one odd week taking over. A one-off spike is handled so it doesn't inflate your order. It then applies your lead time, buffer, stock on hand and stock already on order.

  4. 4

    You decide, Fillova keeps count

You see the products that need a decision, each with a recommended quantity and its reason. You place the order with your supplier as you do today, record it in Fillova as a purchase order, and record what arrives.

Show the working

A recommendation, explained

Every recommendation shows its working like this, so you can check it in seconds rather than rebuilding it in a spreadsheet.

  1. 1How fast it's sellingA 30-day baseline, weighted towards the most recent 7 days, with one-off spikes handled.
  2. 2How long new stock takesYour supplier's lead time, or the variant's own if you've set one.
  3. 3Your safety bufferExtra days of cover for deliveries that run late.
  4. 4What you have and have comingStock on hand plus anything you've recorded as ordered.

Large blue mugexample

  • Weighted sales rate 130 days, recent 7 weighted≈ 5/day
  • Lead time 2supplier default14 days
  • Safety buffer 34 days
  • Needed until delivery lands18 days × 5 a day90
  • − In stock 450
  • − On order 40

Suggested order40

“Selling about 5 a day. Your supplier takes 14 days to deliver and you keep a 4-day buffer: 18 days × 5 = 90 needed. You have 50 in stock and none on order, so you're 40 short.”

Fit

Is Fillova right for your store?

A good fit if you

  • buy finished products from suppliers and sell them mainly online through Shopify
  • stock each variant on its own (for example, each size or colour has its own stock)
  • sell from one or a few locations
  • make the reorder decisions yourself, today from a spreadsheet, memory or another tool

Not supported today

  • bundles or kits
  • in-store (POS) sales
  • selling in several currencies
  • stock alerts or email notifications

We're inviting stores in small batches, starting with those Fillova suits best today. Tell us roughly how many products you reorder when you join, whatever your size.

FAQ

Questions merchants ask

What does Fillova actually tell me?

Which products need reordering, how many to order and why, based on your sales, your suppliers' lead times, your safety buffer and the stock you already have or have on order.

Do I have to open Fillova for it to update?

Each time you open Fillova, it works from your latest Shopify sales and stock. It doesn't send alerts.

How is this different from a low-stock alert?

An alert tells you something is low. Fillova tells you how many to order, takes your supplier's lead time and the stock already on the way into account, and shows its working.

I relied on Stocky's reorder suggestions. Is Fillova for me?

If what you miss is knowing what to reorder and how many, yes. Fillova focuses on reorder decisions; it doesn't do stocktakes, labels or POS.

How much will it cost?

Pricing will be announced before launch. Joining the early-access list is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Does Fillova use AI?

Fillova uses a clear calculation based on your sales, stock, lead times and buffer, and shows the reasoning behind every recommendation, so you can check any number yourself.
